At Balola, I fulfill two extremely important roles: Marketing Manager and Cosmetologist. My journey in the beauty industry began over 12 years ago and has been continuously evolving. I graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in Product Management, and I also completed my studies in Cosmetology — a combination that allows me to view beauty both as an expert and as a strategist.

I gained my professional experience in clinics in Poznań, where I learned to address the demanding needs of various skin types. Today, at Balola, I am responsible for understanding our clients’ needs and implementing modern, effective solutions that ensure our clinic’s offerings meet the real expectations of the market. I continuously follow trends in the rapidly changing beauty industry and deepen my knowledge in hi-tech cosmetology and aesthetic medicine.

However, what I love most is working on skin – restoring its radiance, health, and natural harmony. That’s why, in addition to management, I advise our clients and perform corrective treatments that blend my knowledge, experience, and passion.
